Step 1: Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Account Settings"

Step 2: Select "Outgoing Server" on left side.

Step 3: Click "Add" on the right side of the window.

Step 4: Use the following for the appropriate fields:

                i) Server Name: Type: "smtp." followed by your domain name (e.g. smtp.example.com) in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server box.

                ii) Port: Change to port 587

                iii) Security and Authentication: User name and password should be checked.

                iv) User Name: Enter your full Network Solution's Email Address (e.g. john@example.com)

Step 5: Click OK.
