1.From your home screen, Open "Settings".

2.Open "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

3.Hit "Add Account".

4.Select "Other".

5.Under the "Mail" section, choose "Add Mail Account".

6.Fill in the information on this "New Account" screen.
   Name : The name you like to display
   Address : Your email address
   Password : Email password
   Description :

7.The iPhone will think about your settings, then it will bring you to the next screen.

8.You will then be asked to choose between IMAP or POP. This depends on what your personal preference is. In most cases with a mobile device, you will choose IMAP as it            will be able to synchronize to other devices that check the email too (i.e.: a laptop, a desktop, or another mobile device).

9.Under the "Incoming Mail Server" section, enter your information
     Hostname : mail.domainname
     Username : Your full email address
     Password : Email password
    
10.Under the "Outgoing Mail Server" section, enter your information
      Hostname : mail.domainname
      Username : Your full email address
      Password : Email password

Finally, the screen will slide-down out of the way, and your email account is setup.

Note : Make sure the SMTP authentication should be in password. Kindly follow the steps given below to select SMTP authentication in password.

1.After configuring the email account Tap on the account you configured under "Mails, Contacts, Calenders.
2.Tap Email account under "Account" icon.
3.Select "SMTP" under Outgoing mail server.
4.Tap SMTP Outgoing mail server you entered under "Primary server"
5.Select "Password" under "Authentication"
6.Click done, now your email account is configured in your iphone.
