1. From the Home screen, touch Menu Key > Settings Icon > Accounts Icon > Add Account Icon > Email Icon.
2.Enter your Email address and Password. If this is not the first email account you are setting up on your device, you can mark Send email from this account by default to set this as the default email account, and then touch Next
3.Select "Manual Setup"
4.Select the type of email account you are setting up.
5.Enter your incoming server settings. This should include your Username, Password, POP3 server, Security type, Port number, and Delete email from server setting. Username : Your full email address Password : Your email account password Incoming mail server : mail.domainname Security Type : None Port : IMAP - 143 Delete email from server : Never
6.Tap "Next"
7.Enter your outgoing server settings. This should include your SMTP server, Security type, Port number, Require sign-in, Username, and Password. SMTP server : mail.domainname Security Type : None Port : 25 Require sign in : Yes Username : Your full email address Password : Your email account password
8. Tap "Next". You will attempted to connect with account option, select minimum "Sync schedule"
9.Enter Your name as you would like it to be displayed on outgoing messages.
