How to Set up Your Office 365 E-mail Account on BlackBerry Phone using IMAP/POP Print

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings menu, select Accounts, and then click the Add Account option at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Enter the settings to add to this email account.

Step 3: Scroll down, and then click Next.

Step 4: Tap Internet Service Provider Email (POP/IMAP), and then tap Next.

Step 5: Enter your full email address for your user name (for example, email@domain.com).

Step 6: Scroll down and enter outlook.office365.com as the name of the incoming server and then click Next.

Step 7: Enter smtp.office365.com as the name of the outgoing server and then click Next.

Step 8: Tap Finish.
