Step 1: Login to your Gmail account.
Step 2: Select Settings and click Accounts and Import tab.
Step 3: Enter the full email address of other account that you would need to add, then click Next Step option.
Step 4: In the SMTP server field, enter the outgoing mail server settings.
Outgoing Mail server : secure.emailsrvr.com (or) mail.yourdomainname.com
Outgoing SMTP port - 25 or 587 or 26 ( If SSL enabled use 465)
Step 5: In the Username filed, enter the full account name.
Step 6: In the Password field, enter the desired password.
Step 7: Click the option Add Account.
Step 8: You will receive the OTP to other email account that you wish to add in Gmail.
Step 9: In the enter and verify the confirmation code field, provide the Confirmation code.
Step 10: Finally Click verify option.
