Step 1: Open your Outlook email client.
Step 2: Click Tools option.
Step 3: Select Define Send/Receive Groups option under Send/Receive Groups.
Step 4: You will see the Send/Receive Groups window.
Step 5: Under the “Send/Receive Groups†window, disable “schedule an automatic send/receive every X minutes†dialog box under the settings for the group all accounts section.
