Step 1: Login to the cPanel account.

Step 2: Click on cPanel > Files section > File Manager menu.

Step 3: Find the tmp/awstats/awstats.yourdomain.com.conf file, right-click on it and select Edit.

Step 4: Use search to look for the following line:

++++

AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=0

update it to

AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=1

++++

Step 5: Now go back to Awstats in cPanel interface.

Step 6: There you will see Update now option. Feel free to use it to force the webstats update.
