Step 1: Login to your Google Apps mail.

Step 2: In the search box at the top, click the Down arrow.

Step 3: Enter your search criteria.

Step 4: Click create filter with this search option.

Step 5: Create filter rule that you wish to create it.

Step 5: Finally click Create Filter option
