Steps to initiate a service cancellation request in Client Area Print

Step 1: Login to your client area.

Step 2: Click Services and select My Services option from the drop down.

Step 3: Click on View Details button against the service which you wish to cancel.

Step 4: Click on Management Actions -> Request Cancellation.

Step 5: You can specify the reason for the service cancellation and select the cancellation type, then click on Request Cancellation button.

Step 6: Once you send a cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email at your billing email address.
