Step 1: Open Outlook. Step 2: Click the File Tab, click Open, click Import. Step 3: On the File menu, click Import and Export. Step 4: Click Export to a file, and then click Next. Step 5: In the list, click Personal Folder File (.pst), and then click Next. Step 6: Select the email account name that you wish to take a .pst file. Step 7: Click Browse button and decide where you will export .pst file and then click OK. Step 8: Click Finish
