Steps to export a calendar from outlook Print

Step 1: Open your outlook.

Step 2: Go to File and select Open and click Import option.

Step 3: Select Export to a file and then click Next.

Step 4: Select outlook Datafile(.pst) and then click on Next.

Step 5: Select the email account name that you wish to take a .pst file.

Step 6: Click Browse button and decide where you will export .pst file and then click OK.

Step 7: Click Finish.

Step 8: A password box will pop-up. You can set a password for .pst file.

Step 9: Now you have export email, contacts, and calendar from Outlook.
