Step 1: Go to settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account -> Other -> Add Mail Account
Enter: Name (What it would appear to others)
Email : email ID
Password (Email)
Description (Anything you want it to be to help you to recognize your email account)
-> Click Next
Step 2: Choose IMAP
IMAP account: syncs with the server, recommended if you check your email on multiple devices
Step 3: Go to Incoming Mail Server section and enter your:
Host Name: mail.<yourdomain>.com (Example:mail.apple.com.sg)
User Name: Full email address
Password: Password for your email account
Step 4: Go to Outgoing Mail Server and enter your (Please key in although it is optional):
Host Name: mail.<yourdomain>.com
User Name: Full email address
Password: Password for your email account
-> Click Next (it will verify your account)
Step 5: Click Save, Now you will be able to see your email account added in Mail.
