Step 1: Login to your webmail account with horde interface.
Step 2: Click Settings options.
Step 3: Select Global preference option under preference,
Step 4: Select Local and Time option
Step 5: In your current time zone field, select the timezone that you wish to add.
Step 6: Finally click Save option.
