Step 1: Log in to WordPress admin dashboard panel.
Step 2: Under the Dashboard, click Settings option, and then select General.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Time zone list box, and then select the time zone that you wish to change the display time.
 i) In the Date Format field, select one of the predefined formats for WordPress to use to display dates.
 ii) In the Time Format field, select one of the predefined formats for WordPress to use to display the time.
 iii) In the Week Starts On list box, select the day that begins the week in your region.
Step 4: Finally, click Save Changes option.
Step 5: You will see the new date and time settings take effect immediately.
