Step 1: Login to WordPress admin dashboard panel.
Step 2: On the left panel, click Posts and select the Add New from drop down list.
Step 3: Now the page is navigated to new one. Enter the Post name that you would have to create.
Step 4: Select Add Media option. You will see the Insert Media option.
Step 5: To insert a media file, browse the file from your computer.
Step 6: Select the option, insert into post.
